they start hosting in 2022, everything is brand new. the villa is 50m from the beach. all good. i recommend this accommodation.

Thank you so much for your accommodation. We enjoyed the place very much, as it is very clean, modern, fresh and so close to the beach! The AC did its job successfully so coming back "home" was always refreshing. The place is very comfortable for 7 persons. All in all, we will definitely choose Black Pearl again when visiting Sithonia.

The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to the beach! We had a great stay at Apostolo’s mezonette . It is a beautiful place and a brilliant location. I would book again. Marianna (our contact person) was excellent and helpful during our stay. Highly recommended!
